Came within a week after ordering and building it was very simple. Everything works as it should and it’s a really fun bike. It seems to handle dirt and gravel trails as well as the road. And it looks sick!

This bike was not made for the dirt.

I have had the GT73 for about 5 months and in those 5 months I have taken it through the streets and the dirt. It's really good in the street, but when it comes to the dirt it can't hold up for long. When I say I take the bike in dirt I'm meaning that it's some hills and a ramp in my neighborhood. I like this bike, but I was under the impression that I was going to be able to do hills and ramps with this.

I got this bike for my 14 year old son. I think it is a great beginner bike and he is excited to ride it every day. He likes the adjustable suspension, which makes it comfortable and easy to ride. It also has great range. It was easy to assemble. Overall, a great bike!

Easy to put together and the instructions can be followed, there are a lot of settings for speed. Comfortable fun ride.

This e-bike is fun, fast enough and good quality. I would recommend it to others. It was easy to assemble too.

Overall good Bike.
Putting together using the video with a lot of pause and play helped.
The plastic front fork fender broke off on the first ride. Caught a bush or stick and snapped right off.
Having trouble getting in contact for a replacement.

It is such great bike , it rides smooth and silent. The look is much better in person than in the photos. Highly recommend.

Bike is very stylish and was fairly easy to assemble, although I did need another adult to assist. I bought this bike for my 12 year old, it’s slightly big but he will grow into it and can just put his toes on the ground once he gets on. He loves the bike and we are happy.

Great bike, the suspension is very soft and adjustable! It also has this sleek dirt bike looking design that looks beautiful for the price. it also performs amazingly 37mph+ and dual batteries that’s good for long rides overall a amazing experience for the price quality and looks. I highly recommend for teens my age! The fit is perfect for my height (5’).

Ordered a G73 on Black Friday as an early Xmas gift for my son. Although the price is even lower now, we are very pleased. My son loves it and the bike is solid. I will say that I have been super impressed with the customer service and the responsiveness. They have been great and I hope it continues. Also, I just referred a neighbor, who wants to order one for her son.

Bought this as an early Christmas present for my 13-year-old son. He is tall so the bike works for him. Having so much fun. In fact, so much fun that we had to purchase this same bike for the 15-year-old brother.
